SHOP POLICIES
We want our customers to be happy with their purchases. If you are unsatisfied, please contact us right away. Refunds will be made upon the return of an item. Refunds will be in the amount of the price of the item. We will not refund shipping costs.
Items over $20 are shipped with Signature Confirmation or through FedEx. Items over $50 will always be shipped insurance. If breakage occurs, the policies of the USPS and FedEx required that you, the receiver, make any claims. We know this is a tedious process, but their policies prevent us from taking care of that for you.
Our ceramics are very carefully packaged. We re-use and recycle packaging materials where ever possible. If you are concerned for the environment, too, you may take your packaging materials to the nearest independent mailing center. They are happy to reuse bubble wrap and styrofoam peanuts and they will even recycle your cardboard for you!
We pack our boxes so that they can be dropped from the back of a truck and still remain whole. Often, the boxes appear "too large" for the item you are expecting. This is to insure that the risk of breakage is extremely low. We have been shipping ceramics for nearly 15 years and we can still count the breakage incidents on one hand.
